UPDATE INFORMATION

It is important that you have installed Version 3.00 of this software from the 2011 v3.00 CD before applying this web update. 

PRODUCT CHANGES

  • Clients that were previously receiving a "...Run a validation..." message when being invoiced will now be automatically validated for the specific client only, when an invoice is started for them
  • Resolved an issue with merging text and values on WIP invoices giving the incorrect total when previewing the invoice
  • Resolved an issue with the WIP filter not showing when running an Invoice Transactions report with WIP detail
  • Resolved 'HmClient BPay is invalid:' error when creating an invoice or checking extra details

  • Resolved the "Timesheet item units must have a value" message that was sometimes occurring when importing events from Practice Manager - Contact into timesheets
  • Resolved an issue with invoicing where lines in the Text and Values tab of a WIP invoice have been merged together

  • Interest calculated on statements will now create a transaction in HandiLedger if the modules are integrated
  • Resolved 'Cannot open clipboard' error when merging text and values in WIP invoicing

  • Resolved an issue with printer collation for multiple copies of reports in Windows 7 systems

  • Resolved an issue with the calculation of units for timesheet items where the event is entered in Practice Manager ? Contact without any Time+Billing information
  • Resolved an issue with the timesheet status colours for future dates when viewing all staff timesheets
  • The Practice Manager client reference is no longer displayed in the title bar of attention windows in Time+Billing
  • When creating an invoice, the text and values tab now shows bullet points for standard paragraphs
  • Resolved an issue with Practice Manager - Contact timed events that have multiple starts and stops transferring to timesheets
  • The client name no longer appears twice in No WIP invoices; where the invoices layout was designefd using the 'Invoice template wizard'
  • Restored Text and Hotkeys to toolbar buttons in the Report Preview
  • When deleting a client all associated temporary invoices are deleted too
