Expenses: Paid by instalments

SuperFund allows you to pay for an expense in full or apply part payments to it.

Entering the expense details:

  1. From the Transactions menu, point to Expenses and click General.
  2. In the "General Expenses" window, click New.
  3. Complete the details for the expense. If the expense is fully paid, it will need to be marked as Paid Immediately, or unticked if it will be paid at a later stage or in parts.

  4. If the expense is not paid immediately, the full amount of the expense will be posted to creditors in HandiLedger.

 Making the payment(s):

  1. From the Transactions menu, point to Expenses and click General.
  2. In the "General Expenses" window, click Payments.

  3. In the "Expense Payments" window, click New.
  4. Complete the details, and click Save and Close.
  5. Repeat for subsequent payments.
