Managed Funds: Distributions where physical payment only received at a later date

The program caters for the for the time lag between the declaration of the distribution and the receipt of the cash, by using the Received and Date Received field in the Total section of the "Managed Funds - Distribution" window.

When you receive the distribution summary you leave these two field blank and only complete them on receipt of the cash.
