Change To Special Purpose Company Status

HandiRegister allows you to create a Form 484 to advise ASIC of a change to the status of a Special Purpose Company.

  1. Highlight the Company and click Edit.
  2. In the "Company's Detail" window, complete the Special Purpose Company section.

    • To Commence, complete the Effective Date and a Reason.
    • To Cancel, complete just the Effective Date.
  3. When you click Save you will be prompted to create the Form 484.
