Course Outline - Classroom Training
This course will introduce you to the Practice Manager program, with emphasis on Contact and Event Management, Client Centric features and Jobflow Manager.
Practice Manager will help streamline your internal systems and maximise time management. You will learn everything necessary to manage your practice and your staff. The course will cover the basic and intermediate concepts of Practice Manager and develop skills that will lead you towards becoming a confident user.
The Client Centric feature enables you to access client information from your other installed HandiSoft programs from within Practice Manager. You can also run multiple instances of your HandiSoft programs from Practice Manager.
Jobflow Manager monitors your practices Jobs and the Tasks your staff perform within each Master Job.
