Notify - Order Text Messages

HandiSoft Notify requires that you pre-purchase SMS messages prior to sending text messages
to mobile phones.

Your account will be charged for each originating message of up to 160 characters sent to
a mobile phone, per individual recipient, whether or not it is received. Messages which exceed
160 characters will be charged as multiple messages.

For example:
- if you send a message of up to 160 characters to a group of 10 mobile numbers the charge
  will be for 10 messages.
- If you send a message of 200 characters it will be sent as one message of 160 characters
  and one message of 40 characters. The charge will be for 2 messages per individual recipient.

Pre-purchased text messages are valid for a period of 90 days from the time of purchase.
Purchasing additional messages before the current expiry date will extend the life of all messages
to the new expiry date.

Please note:

• Orders can only be processed during week days.
• You should allow at least 1 business day for your new text messages to be added to your account.
• You can view your remaining texts within any HandiSoft module under: Tools > SMS Message > Remaining Texts
