Notify is a powerful add-on that enables HandiSoft users to send text messages to mobile phones using the internet.

As a professional, you're aware of the importance of timely communication with your clients and team members. From: appointment reminders, deadline alerts or awaiting signature messages, with HandiSoft Notify it's never been easier. Simply click the SMS button in your HandiSoft client database to launch Notify, type the message and click to send.

Topping up your Text Messages

HandiSoft Notify requires that you pre-purchase text messages.

You will be charged for each originating message of up to 160 characters sent to a mobile phone. For example, if you send a message to a group of 10 mobile numbers the charge will be for 10 messages.

Pre-purchased SMS messages are valid for a period of 90 days from the time of purchase. Purchasing additional messages before the current expiry date will extend the life of all messages to the new expiry date.
