Tax Estimate Shows Negative Medicare Levy Surcharge

If your client's tax estimate shows a negative Medicare Levy Surcharge in HandiTax:

It is a result of the Tax Return having the incorrect Year Start and Year End Dates.

In the Client browser window, highlight the Client and the tax return, click Tax Forms and Edit.

In the "Client's Tax Form Details" window, under the Dates section, check that the Year Start and Year End date fields are correct.
