HandiLedger allows you to make payments in advance for debtors and creditors, if all invoices or bills are fully paid.

Payments in advance

HandiLedger allows you to make advance payments for debtors and creditors,if all your invoices or bills are fully paid for that debtor or creditor. The program will automatically assign the payment to the next invoice or bill you create for that debtor or creditor. If the advance payment amount exceeds the amount of the invoice or bill it will keep assigning the amount to invoices or bills until the amount has been fully allocated.
