Verifying debtors and creditors balances

Descrepancies between debtors and creditors cards

If at any time you suspect that there may be a discrepancy between the debtors and creditors card balances and their processed transactions you may need to run the Verify Balances option. This function will verify that all the balances agree with the transactions processed.

Verifying balances

To verify the balances:

From the Tools menu, point to Debtors/Creditors and select Verify balances and click OK.
