Viewing Knowledge Base articles:

1) SEARCH
Type in a keyword in the Search box in the top right hand corner of the window and click Search to get a list of related articles.
2) SELECT YOUR PRODUCT
From the menu options on the left hand side, click the relevant program to go to its Table of Contents.
