The Cisco Client could not be found

If  you encounter the following "Information" window, when trying lodge in HandiTax:

 and the following conditions apply:

  • The Cisco VPN client is installed. 
  • The Windows Administrator account is able to lodge.
  • You have a 64 bit operating system.
  • You operate in a terminal server environment, although it may not be limited to one.

The resolution would be to add Full Permissions for users to the registry key HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Cisco Systems
