Restoring files or back up from a CD
When files are backed up or copied onto a CD they may have a "Read Only" status. When restoring or copying those files from the CD to the hard drive, they may be copied or restored with the "Read Only" status. When a HandiSoft program tries to access those files, it will generate a "Cannot read" error.
Go to the directory where you have restored or copied the files to. Highlight the file or files, right click on one of them and left click on Properties. In the General Tab, untick the "Read Only" and click Apply.
