In our quest to stay green and paperless, we have created a FREE, digital
calendar with all the important Accounting dates you can simply import into Outlook.
MS Outlook calendars have the advantage of integrating with smart phones and
tablet devices. So now you can have access to all your important dates, wherever
you are!
This 2012 Accounting calendar includes:
- ATO Deadlines
- Important Financial Dates
- State & National Holidays
- Classroom & Webinar Dates
- Productivity & Tax Seminar Dates
How to import the dates into Outlook:
1. Click on the link to download the calendar relevant to your state.
Save to a temporary folder or on your desktop.
2. Launch Outlook and go to File > Import and Export >
Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), click Next.
Note: for Outlook 2010, select File > OPEN > Import and Export >
Import an iCalendar...
3. Browse to the calendar file you downloaded and saved, highlight
and click OK.
4. Click Import to add the dates to your everyday Outlook calendar.
If you choose Open as New a seperate, new calendar will be created.
