Q: Can a consultant come to my practice for training and help me with HandiSoft products?
A:  Yes, a consultant can be booked to come to your practice for training and consulting. Our standard consulting rates will
     apply plus a travel charge.

Q: How does web-based Consulting work?
A:  We have the technology to log onto your computer through a secure environment, taking control of your version of
      HandiSoft. You will be able to see the entire process on your screen, while the Consultant troubleshoots your system.
      During this process we can either talk to you over the phone or through the internet if you have a headset and microphone.

Q: Can I have a consultant load my tax update and perform the year-end rollover?
A:  Yes, our consultants are available at the start of the tax season to load your tax update and perform the year-end rollover. 
     A special reduced consulting rate applies to this service.

Q: My system seems to have lots of HandiSoft folders and other files that need to be cleaned up. Can I get some help with this?
A:  Our consultants are available to offer a system optimisation service to help you clean up unwanted folders and files.

Q: How much does On-Site consulting cost and when can they come to my practice?
A:  There is an hourly, half and full day rate. The half and full day rates are better value. There is a travel charge with On-Site visits. 
     The current consulting rates will be provided on request. As far as availability, we will attempt to meet your requirements.

Q: How much time do you think I need?
A:  It depends on what you want to cover. You need to allocate enough time to cover your training or consulting needs.
     Most training courses run for half a day. You will get more value out of the half and full day rates. If you want to have a
     number of visits (4 half-day sessions over a 12 month period) a reduced price is available.
