Error Message: "You need to be using comctl32.dll ver4.7 or above

This message relates to the latest versions of the Microsoft Common Controls within Windows. You need to have the latest version of Comctl32.dll installed.

The latest version of Comctl32.dll can be installed using one of the following methods:

1. Install the Microsoft Common Controls program under the Utilities option on your HandiSoft installation CD, or
2. Install the latest version of Internet Explorer.
