Error message: "Ambiguous Name Detected: TMPDDE" when printing documents with merge fields

To resolve the above issue, you need to delete the TMPDDE macro from the Microsoft Word global template (Normal.dot) file:

1. Close the HandiSoft programs.
2. Open Microsoft Word.
3. From the Tools menu, point to Macros and then click Macros.
4. Select any Macro with the name TMPDDE and click Delete. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the Macro.
5. Click Cancel and close Microsoft Word.

Note: The TMPDDE macro is automatically created and deleted in the normal merge/print cycle.
