Document Manager is an optional module that can make your paper filing system a thing of the past.

It makes it simple to create and maintain a powerful electronic filing system containing all of your practice standard letters, checklists and procedures as well as your clients' documents. Any electronic file can be stored and easily retrieved for example: scanned correspondence, emails, HandiSoft reports and forms (including tax returns), spreadsheets, accounting system data files and more.

Documents are stored within an intuitive "filing cabinet" interface that emulates your current paper-based system, with a cabinet automatically created for each client in your database.

With its powerful search and retrieval tools, the Document Manager makes it possible to find any stored document in just seconds - and you can control access.

 

Our tax practice no longer keeps any paper, apart from permanent files - everything is stored electronically, which saves space and makes things much easier to find.
