When you contact Support, please be prepared to:

  • State your Client Reference Code and/or Practice Identification Number (PIN)
  • State the program's name and version
  • Advise the steps you took to duplicate the problem
  • Read out any error messages
  • Be prepared to explain the solutions that you have tried and the results
