Call rejected by callee

If you get the following runtime error: Automation error  ?Call was rejected by callee? while opening or merging a MS word document from Document Manager. the issue is often the result of the Microsoft Word normal.dot becoming corrupt.

To resolve the issue, perform the following to recreate the normal.dot(m)

1. Close all Handisoft programmes and Microsoft Word.
2. Search the system for all instances of the normal.dot
3. Delete or rename all copies of normal.dot.
4. Open Microsoft Word and save a new document as a test. 
5. Once the test document has been created, a new copy of the normal.dot will be created.
6. Try to open / merge the document again.
