Practice Manager - Document Manager allows you to copy email messages directly from MS Outlook.

Copying items directly from MS Outlook into Document Manager

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook, and highlight the email you wish to 'paste' into the client's file.
  2. From the Edit menu, click Copy.
  3. In Document Manager, open the client's folder you wish to 'paste' the information into, right click and select Paste from the drop down menu.

Note: If an hour glass appears and it does not appear to paste, go back to MS Outlook where an information window should have appeared. The information window will advise you that a program is trying to access data from Microsoft Outlook and you will need to click Yes to allow information to be accessed. You can set a time limit on it in need.
